Grand Rapids Public Schools has released renderings for their new elementary school to replace the previous Aberdeen Academy.
The new elementary school is to be built behind the current Aberdeen building and is expected to open in 2027, replacing Aberdeen and Palmer elementary schools.
The current Aberdeen building will be demolished.
