New tech for to help tell if your drink has been spiked!

Every woman knows the danger of leaving their drink unattended. Well, scientists from the University of British Columbia have developed a new stir stick called Spikeless that can detect if your drink has been spiked with common drugs like GHB or ketamine within 30 seconds. The tip of the stir stick changes color if it detects these substances, making it a quick and easy way to ensure your drink is safe. If the cost could be made low enough, the team hopes to see these stir sticks available for free at bars, clubs, and festivals
