North Carolina gave a beating to San Diego St. in the First Four game to claim the 11-seed in the South Region. A near 30-point victory is pretty convincing, but I have said it for numerous days now, it doesn't change the fact that the committee made a clear mistake placing the Tar Heels in the field over schools such as Indiana and West Virginia.
