A mobile health van will soon provide care to those who are homeless in West Michigan.
Catherine's Health Center, a nonprofit community health center, is running the van which will be used to offer primary care, mental health services, preventative screenings and treatment for substance use disorder.
The nonprofit says their goal is to bridge the gap in access to medical care.
