A Livingston County man is facing a manslaughter charge, after what deputies are calling a deadly altercation.
Deputies say they got a 911 call about a person in medical distress early yesterday morning at a home on West Main Street in Avon.
That person was rushed to Strong Hospital, but later died -- the victim has not been identified yet.
61-year-old Jonathan Mills of Avon is facing 1st-degree manslaughter, and more charges could be coming.
Authorities say they found evidence of a fight at the scene.
