Lindsay Lohan's dad has been arrested.
Michael Lohan was booked Sunday on a probation violation charge and is expected to appear in bond court today in Palm Beach.
He was arrested by the Harris County Sheriff's Office in Texas on February 21st on domestic assault charges.
Four years ago, Lohan was arrested and convicted in Palm Beach, on five counts of patient brokering, accused of bringing drug addicts to treatment centers in exchange for illegal kickbacks.
