A Rochester man is facing charges in a smash-and-grab burglary in Macedon from two years ago.
Police say 23-year-old Dimetris Burgos was part of a group that broke into Filer’s Powersports on Route 31 in March 2023 and stole about $67,000 worth of motorbikes.
Investigators say his DNA was found at the scene.
Burgos is charged with grand larceny, burglary, criminal mischief, and conspiracy.
