Ariana Grande is looking ahead to "Brighter Days."

The Thank U, Next singer took to social media on Wednesday (March 12) to share a cryptic video announcing a short film titled Brighter Days Ahead will drop March 28, the same day as her Eternal Sunshine deluxe album finally comes out. The short clip gives a hint of what's to come as a singular robotic voice declares, "Welcome back, peaches."

The short film seemingly references the music video for her song "We Can't Be Friends," which featured Grande erasing memories of her love interest, played by actor Evan Peters, at the Brighter Days Inc. clinic, per Cosmopolitan.

Months after explaining how she wants to shift her focus from new music to musical theater, noting that the move would likely "scare the absolute s---" out of fans, Grande announced "eternal sunshine deluxe" in an Instagram post earlier this week, giving fans a look at the stunning art of her in a long dress hovering in the air under a single spotlight.

The Wicked star first hinted at the new project while teasing that her memories of the album were a little hazy, even invoking the Brighter Days Clinic from the 2004 film Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind to sidestep questions of the official release date.

"They did the Brighter Days Memory Erasure treatment to me so I'm having trouble remembering the details," she said. "They're foggy, because at the Brighter Days Clinic, they do the Memory Erasure."
