Looking ahead, Tex-Dot is getting set for a lengthy project that will close the Rainbow Bridge, between Port Arthur and Bridge City, for 18 months. When the project begins, traffic will be diverted to the Veteran Memorial Bridge which will handle both directions of traffic. This project will begin on March 21st.
