One person was killed and several injured in a Saturday afternoon multi-car accident on Houston's north side.
Houston Police Dept. investigators say it happened along the feeder road of the North Sam Houston Parkway at Lee Rd. about 3 pm, in a chain-reaction set of collisions among five cars that resulted in one death, while as many as four others were taken to hospitals.
One of those injured was taken to a pediatric hospital, though no other details about the victims of the crash have been revealed.
