Harvey knows “come” and “sit” and he knows his name and will sit nicely for treats, while he takes them very gently. Harvey enjoys the attention of everyone and would love a home where he could go on walks, trips, hikes, etc. Harvey is looking to become a new family member. Lucky Paws on the move! Join us for some exciting events this upcoming weekend! On Saturday, March 8th, Please join us for an adoption event at Rich Ford located at 8601 Lomas Blvd NE, from 10:00AM – 3:00PM, celebrating Rich Ford’s 64th Anniversary! And on Sunday, March 9th at the Canteen Brewhouse located at 2381 Aztec Rd NE from 12:00PM – 4:00PM. At both events, we will have adoptable dogs for adoption. All the pets come spayed/neutered, microchipped and vaccinated. All adoption fees are WAIVED! Also, on Saturday, March 8th, Animal Welfare will be at the Pop-up dog park with a resource table, making free pet tags and giving out educational material about what Animal Welfare has to offer to the public.
To view and/or adopt pets, simply arrive at either of the open location. We are not able to move a pet from one location to another for your viewing. Anyone wanting to adopt a pet visit our website at www.cabq.gov/pets to see available pets.
