Wolfgang Van Halen is already back in the studio working on the third Mammoth WVH album, and he said on Smashing Pumpkins' Billy Corgan's "The Magnificent Others" podcast that he's eager to explore new musical directions with each album.

His last album, "Mammoth II", was released in 2023.
