Dressing Room Camera

The Clackamas County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help to identify a person of interest in an alleged case involving the Invasion of Personal Privacy at a Clackamas retailer.

Shortly after 4 p.m. on January 30, 2025, a Sheriff's Office deputy responded to a report of a suspicious person photographing a woman as she was changing inside a dressing room at a clothing retailer on SE 82nd Avenue & SE Sunnyside Blvd.

The victim told the deputy she was changing in her dressing room stall when she noticed a bag on the floor with a hole cut in it and a camera lens visible inside the bag. She told the deputy that a man in the neighboring stall was operating the camera, photographing her as she was changing.

The woman then confronted the man outside the dressing room and took photos and video of him as he exited the store carrying the suspicious bag.

Based on photos from the victim, the person of interest is described as a bearded white male in his 30s. He was wearing a black hat, blue jeans, and a white/olive-colored jacket.

Following a review of store security video, Sheriff's Office investigators would like to speak to the individual and they're asking for the public's help to identify him. They are also looking for any possible additional victims.
