The Saints continue to fill out their coaching staff.
According to WGNO, New Orleans is finalizing a deal with Doug Nussmeier to become Kellen Moore's offensive coordinator. Nussmeier had been working under Moore as the quarterbacks coach with the Philadelphia Eagles.
In other news, Joe Thomas is returning to New Orleans to be the new running backs coach, Scott Tolzien is serving as QB coach, and TJ Paganetti is also joining the staff after serving as the Eagles' run game specialist and assistant offensive line coach last year.
New Orleans went 5-12 and has the ninth overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft.
