Eversource Reminds Customers About Assistance Programs, Payment Plans

Eversource says residential heating customers are seeing an average monthly increase of close to 19-dollars due to seasonal adjustments in delivery and peak natural gas supply rates.

The utility says as temperatures drop, more natural gas is needed to heat homes and the amount of energy used impacts both the supply and delivery portions of bills.

Eversource is encouraging customers to take advantage of its assistance programs and payment plans that can help to manage the bill and control usage.
