Even celebrity parents can't escape picky eaters.
Chrissy Teigen documented her relatable parenting struggle on her Instagram Stories on Wednesday (February 12) as she hilariously pleaded with her two youngest children to eat the dinner she made for them, per People. Like many parents know, however, if kids don't want to eat a specific food, they won't, and that's exactly what happened with the mom of four.
The Cravings author had whipped up a tasty meatloaf dinner for her family, complete with mashed potatoes, peas and carrots. While the meal looked delicious, Teigen and John Legend's kids Esti, 2, and Wren, 1, weren't having it.
"Please eat it, please eat it. Can you please try?" she begged her little ones, who sat casually by in their their highchairs and bibs, refusing to eat.
Teigen shared another Story to commiserate with other moms facing the same meal-time problems to let them know they are not alone.
"To all the moms struggling out there with dinner, it does not matter," she said. "You can spend three hours making it or five minutes making it, it doesn't matter. They hate it."
Teigen and Legend are also parents to daughter Luna, 8, and son Miles, 6. Teigen recently shined a spotlight on their oldest daughter with a heartfelt post calling out her "empathetic" nature.
