I love this sort of accountability, and never thought I would ever see it, when it came to federal employees.
One. Day. Later. The FEMA employees who defied president trump’s ‘stop order’ on any more FEMA money being misdirected and used to house Joe Biden’s flood of illegals- were identified and fired.
Fantastic.
I did a segment yesterday on the different ways we were going to see the ‘deep state’ fight president trump and his reforms-
And the most direct way is simply: ignore his orders.
This is what FEMA leaders did last week, when they still sent out another 59-million dollar in emergency natural disaster funding-to pay to house illegals in New York city.
We’ve now confirmed that the Biden regime spent years misdirecting money that was meant for natural disasters- into supporting their open borders scheme...and lied about it.
And after this last batch of funding went out, illegally, this week- both Elon Musk and Kristi Noem vowed that the bad actors within the deep state would be found and fired.
It took less than 24 hours.
And for the record: Elon can’t fire them, but as the head of the dept. Of homeland security, under which ‘FEMA’ falls- Noem can. And did.
Fantastic.
Finally- we can expect to see some consequences for federal managers and employees who choose to go rogue, believing they can get away with it.
And they ‘believe so’ because they’ve always been able to get away with it in the past.
I will be shocked if some-or all-of these four haven’t sued to get their jobs back by the end of the week, citing ‘this worker protection’, or ‘that worker protection’ that they think shields them-
But it has been a terrible combination of the democrats and leftist bureaucracy protecting workers-and ignoring their criminality and incompetence- over decades- that have contributed to so many federal workers and bureaucrats thinking they are ‘untouchable’.
And so, if trump’s team is genuinely breaking the back of the ‘deep state’, here, and genuinely reform our government- then they are going to have to prove that a) they are going to -quickly- hold people accountable and they will be fired- and b) that the firing will ‘stick’. They need to make it clear- you bureaucrats don’t have the blanket protection that you think you do. So, is defying the will of the American people worth losing your job? Or-is the political leaking worth it?
It might make you feel better, in the moment, but is it worth losing your job and your pension?
We’ve talked about how tom Homan and Kristi Noem have talked about-by god- finding the leakers within the FBI who are alerting the local illegal immigrant communities to upcoming raids.
If some people don’t fully understand this: obviously, any major raids take planning. You want to have the element of surprise. You want to have a good plan to shock and arrest these illegals before they know what hit them-
And you want to be sure to have enough law enforcement agents with you. And so, Tom Homan and ice have been coordinating with other govt agencies to ‘lend bodies’ to the raids. They’re working with the US Marshal’s Service, ATF, FBI, etc.
Well- Homan and Noem believe they have it narrowed down to ‘someone’ within this rancid leadership atop the FBI- who is leaking the details on upcoming raids.
And it was great to hear Homan, on Hannity Monday night, say: we are honing in on the leakers, and we are not going to treat them lightly.
They will be criminally charged, fired, and lose their federal pensions over this. Will it be worth it?
Imagine what sort of hatred for Donald Trump or how fully indoctrinated you are into the left-wing lunacy in order to destroy your career-and govt pension- over something like this: because you just ...had ta...alert criminal thug gangs to ice raids.
What sort of moron are you?
Look-
Today’s democrats have spent the last decade ‘playing hardball’ against president trump and anything republicans wanted to do in order to help this country and the American people.
It’s high time that our side of the aisle plays hardball, too. Especially when we are pro-America, pro-common sense, pro-law and order, pro-low taxes, pro-responsible government good guys.
Any shades of grey related to which party was on the right side of the issues, on the right side of the culture wars, and on the right side of history- that used to exist in this country- are gone, if you ask me.
Today’s left is a genuinely rancid, America-hating group of bad actors. Some of them are even ‘evil’ actors. And we waited far, far too long to push back.
Especially when these democrats are picking all sorts of fights that they cannot afford to, politically.
They are really going to hold daily protests-against? - cleaning up government corruption?
Really?
The dems-for a week now- have been protesting-against? Government reform and -in favor? - of waste, secrecy and fraud?
Really?
When it comes to the border and deportations: the democrats are really going to side with the criminal illegals and dangerous Venezuelan gang members?
Honestly?
When it comes to illegal immigration- president trump and his team are simply trying to clean up President Biden’s mess. And it’s a ‘major mess’.
These dangerously dumb democrats purposely engineered open borders over the last four years and let somewhere between 13 and 15-million illegal aliens in from around the world.
From 180 different countries.
And at least ‘some’ percentage of them mean to do us harm. Trump and his team are trying to fix Biden’s mess.
And the democrats really want to pick this fight?
The American people- in huge numbers- want controlled borders and safe streets. This is an 80/20 issue...and democrats are taking the ‘20’ side, while thinking that it’s doing to endear themselves to the American people.
What sort of thick, screwed up, America-hating bubble do you need to be living in-in order to think that’s going to happen?
But that’s today’s democrat party.
We’ve got democrat mayors and governors standing in the way of attempts to round up the ‘worst of the worst’ and deport them back home to make for safer streets.
Certain mayors and governors- like Brandon Johnson in Chicago and JB Pritzker in Illinois- are literally working-against- safer streets in the communities that they lead.
Why?
And ‘how is that smart?’
Eric Adams in New York has been the one-big city mayor who has said he’d allow the NYPD to cooperate with ice because, gee, he wants the criminals out of New York, too.
But these other mayors and governors are picking a fight they cannot win. At least not with the voters. And that includes our own dopey governor, tony Evers....and Madison’s perpetually horrid mayor- Satya Rhodes Con-man.
Yesterday- i defined this act of deep-staters ‘not doing what they are told’....and not really following orders...as malicious compliance.
Malicious compliance. It’s when the bureaucrats atop our government agencies-intentionally- not complying with the trump administration’s orders in some way.
Ignoring them, or not implementing them as intended, or intentionally finding ways to have the new orders cause pain or controversy to ‘fight trump’.
And I really hope that -this time-it’s not going to work.
But a very important step in ensuring that it doesn’t- is rooting out, calling out, and firing the bad actors within the deep state who insist on doing it.
Firing these four FEMA leaders immediately sends a very strong signal to other deep staters who might think trump and his team are still ‘playing games’.
