Sabrina Carpenter dispelled "rumors" with comedy during a mock news segment appropriately titled "The Short Report" on Tuesday (February 11) that highlighted her innate acting skills and undeniable humor.

The "Taste" hitmaker starred as journalist Katrina Sharpenter, red carpet correspondent Serena Carpen-Terra, meteorologist Christina Barbenter, sports expert Regina Harpenter, and pop sensation Sabrina Carpenter in a hilarious skit promoting her new Vogue cover story.

The segment, currently sweeping the nation, opens with Karina Sharpenter, who warns of a "famine of beauty" caused by a never-ending series of fashion fails, before passing the mic to red carpet correspondent Serena Carpenter-Terra. The correspondent, "standing in a whirlwind of basic," disses on "Crocs with socks" before returning to Katrina, who invites meteorologist Christina Barbenter onto the scene. The weather "professional," channeling Mean Girls' Karen Smith, checks if it's raining before unveiling what she does when "things get unseasonably hot."

"When things get unseasonably hot, I like to get unreasonably hotter," Barbenter expresses before tearing off her jacket to reveal a sparkly fit. Sports reporter Regina Harpenter is next to steal the spotlight, interviewing a "ball player who plays ball," before the segment returns to Katrina, once again, who is live with pop sensation Sabrina Carpenter. The journalist asks the "Please Please Please" songstress about creating a cult (fans) and using hypnosis (songs) to lure in new fans, to which Carpenter responds "that's that me espresso."

The exclusive sneak peek sees Carpenter hypnotizing Katrina, Serena, Christina, and Regina to close out what can only be described as a report of epic proportions.
