Rochester police have made an arrest in a bank robbery on the city's northeast side.
31-year-old Torre Wyatt allegedly robbed the M&T Bank on Waring Road shortly after it opened yesterday morning.
Wyatt and the getaway car driver were caught a few blocks over on Portland Avenue.
Wyatt faces 1st-degree robbery, while the driver was ticked for unlicensed driving.
