Mark Mix is president of the National Right to Work Committee. We'll talk about the person who could be Donald Trump's worst cabinet nominee. No, it's not RFK (who could also be the worst). It's Republican former Congresswoman Lori Chavez-DeRemer who for some reason loves (and gets donations from) "big labor". Here's what Mark says:
Chavez-DeRemer voted in favor of the so-called “PRO Act,” a union boss wish list backed by every Democrat that will give union bosses unprecedented power over both workers and the economy. Chavez-DeRemer supports:
- Wiping out all 26 Right to Work states across the country, exposing millions more workers to the threat of being fired for not paying union dues;
- Banning independent contractor arrangements that workers across the country rely on to make a livelihood on their own terms;
- Forcing down biased forced-dues union contracts on both workers and businesses through compulsory “first contract” arbitration;
Giving union bosses near-unilateral control to gain monopoly bargaining power in workplaces by ignoring secret ballot union elections in favor of unsecure “card check” drives.
