Another creepy weirdo off the streets. According to reports, a Utah man, 63 year old Rolland Brown was reported to the West Jordan police for stealing children's socks at the Rush Funplex. Investigators say that Rolland had stolen the socks and sniffed them while taking pictures of kids playing. After getting a warrant to search his home and electronic devices, police found multiple files of child sexual abuse material. Some of which appeared to be produced by the man. Some of those pictures were of kids trying on shoes. He's being charged with ten counts of aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor, and one count of witness tampering after he tried to have one witness lie to the court.
