The Visalia Police Department is reaching out on Instagram to get you to turn in your ex for Valentine's Day.
In their Instagram image, they say "Roses are red, Violets are blue, Your ex has felony warrants? Call us, they'll never know it was you!"
Unfortunately, you are unable to turn in your ex if they don't have a warrant.
