Drew Barrymore has starred opposite many actors in Hollywood, so which onscreen kiss has been her favorite?
During a recent appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, Barrymore revealed that her best onscreen kiss has been with her pal Adam Sandler, per People. The longtime friends have starred together as romantic leads in three films, The Wedding Singer (1998), 50 First Dates (2004) and Blended (2014).
Despite their natural chemistry, Barrymore said they have never crossed that line in real life, making it clear they they "never dated" and that she is good friends with his wife, Jackie. However, the Whip It director believes she and Sandler are able to showcase a deeper connection in their films than what you might see in other romantic stories.
"I mean, I love that Adam Sandler and I are so platonic," she said, adding, "But I love being in films with him, because I think we're representing something bigger than hot, sexual chemistry. We're representing true admiration of another person."
Elsewhere in the interview, Barrymore broke her silence on the viral uncomfortable moment she shared with Martha Stewart when she appeared on the Charlie's Angels actress' talk show. She also recently shared an anecdote with another one of her co-stars, revealing the sweet nickname she has for the actor.
