Sacramento (25-26) was led by DeMar DeRozan and Zach LaVine, each scored 22 points.
Portland closed the third quarter on an 8-0 run to take a 79-77 lead into the fourth quarter. A 7-2 run late in the fourth quarter secured the win for Portland.
The Trail Blazers had no turnovers and connected on 4-of-9 from three-point range in the fourth quarter.
Deandre Ayton finished with 18 points and eight rebounds and Toumani Camara grabbed 14 rebounds.
The 10-1 record in their last 11 games is the best stretch of basketball for Portland since 2019.
