A Pennsylvania man charged in a fatal shooting told police that his actions were sparked by an unsettling response from a 'paranormal meter.' The unfortunate incident reportedly occurred earlier this year in the community of Sunbury when Jared Heath Wolfe and his girlfriend, Jane White, were visiting some friends. According to police, the presumably convivial scene turned tragic after the group partook in what is believed to have been some synthetic marijuana. Shortly thereafter, Wolfe wielded what he later described as a 'paranormal meter' to examine a statue in the home. Although the specific nature of the device is uncertain, the feedback received during the impromptu investigation rattled Wolfe.
