A small Lafayette-based praline company has a tall order to fill for the Super Bowl.
Louisiana Creole Candy will provide at least 10,000 pralines for Sunday's big game.
Owner T.J. Jones is working with the W.D. & Mary Baker Smith Career Center, where culinary students will make the massive order.
Jones says making that many pralines will require around 500 pounds of sugar, a hundred pounds of pecans, and 300 pounds of milk.
