Do You Need Help Sleeping?

My wife takes a warm bath every night. But she spends the whole time "relaxing" in the tub. Her "relaxing" is the endless scrolling through TikTok. She even cried when it went away for what....16 hours? But then she'll tell me "i'm so tired, I can't sleep" and stuff like that. But when you stimulate your mind so much when it's time for your body clock to start shutting down for the night it does make it hard.

So what do we do? We all have our habits. But sleep is so important.

A survey of 1,000 adults found. Gen Z are most likely to use sleep aids to ease into their sleep patterns, like white noise sounds.

“White noise can be a powerful sleep aid,” Chelsea Perry of the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine said. High exposure to screens and constant stimulation may have conditioned younger minds to need “soft noise” to calm down. See where mindless scrolling to deal with the FOMO can mess with your sleep. “White noise might offer a calming transition, helping counteract the overstimulation from phones,” she explained.

My 10 year old still usings white noise every night. Maybe it's something you should think about using if you've been having trouble. What could it hurt? You actually fall asleep? Good luck and rest east my frined.
