According to reports, Denver resident accountant and self proclaimed "Certified Joy Enthusiast" Ryan Egelston was sitting on a park bench at Washington Park when two people approached him and asked if they could sit next to him. Ryan who says he has a deep passion to preach and teach the word of God, then started spitting on one of the victims, pushing him in the chest, and punched him in the back. As the two people were walking away, Ryan then pulled out a gun and fired a round at them. When police arrived, he told them he thought the people were part of a "psy-ops" mission aimed at harming him. Ryan was taken in for attempted first-degree murder.
