Another dandy at the Bennett Rink - 2 outstanding teams - the game lived up to its hype
ND bolted out to a 2-0 lead on goals by Ethan Kelly and Joe Aloi, but the Rams scored with 10 sec left in the period on a goal by Rogan Lowe
New Canaan scored 2 goals in the 2nd period. Lowe scored his 2nd goal of the game to tie it at 2-2 and Anthony Delcarmine scored to give the Rams a 3-2 lead.
Notre Dame kept the pressure on much of the 3rd period but goalie Brendon Harmon stood tough and New Canaan held on for a 3-2 win. New Canaan is 14-0, ND(WH) is 7-7.
