If you feel “blah” by the end of the day, you aren’t alone. A new study suggests people feel better in the morning and worse late at night. The study, published in the journal BMJ Mental Health, found that people generally reported better mental health and well-being earlier in the day. They also said they felt happier and more satisfied with life. Researchers said that while there's a correlation, they can't be certain that the time of day affects mental health. The researchers say more studying needs to be done.
