South Carolina has become a haven for foodies over the years as more and more incredible and diverse restaurants set up shop to provide hungry locals the chance to sample dishes from around the world, such as Chinese cuisine, which has many regional styles to try that each offer their own delicacies.
Using reviews, awards and accolades as well as first-hand experience, LoveFood compiled a list of the "best Chinese restaurant" in every state, "from longstanding Chinatown mainstays ... to tiny dim sum spots."
According to the list, the top spot in all of South Carolina crowned the absolute best is Jackrabbit Filly. This North Charleston restaurant serves New Chinese American cuisine with plenty of "customer favorite" dishes like dumplings and dim sum. Jackrabbit Filly is located at 1083 E. Montague Avenue.

"Shuai and Corrie Wang previously ran the highly acclaimed Short Grain food truck, before opening a bricks-and-mortar spot in Park Circle in 2019. Named after their Chinese zodiac animals, Jackrabbit Filly serves up inventive Chinese American dishes in a cool, buzzy space. Customer favorites include pork and cabbage dumplings, Sichuan hot karaage, and fish tartare, and there's also a hugely popular dim sum Sunday brunch."
