Sean "Diddy" Combs has been accused of sexual assault by three new alleged victims.
According to separate reports TMZ published on Tuesday, February 4, the jailed mogul was sued by two unidentified women and one John Doe. The Jane Doe's, repped by controversial attorney Tony Buzbee, both described an incident that allegedly occurred in the late 90s following a club event at Limelight nightclub in New York City. They claimed Combs forced them to go with him and several other men to the Trump Hotel in Midtown. One of the women alleged they were confined to a penthouse suite where they were drugged and raped.
Both Jane Does claim they were forced into participating in group sex while under the influence of an unknown drug. One of the women alleged she was sexually assaulted twice by Combs and other men in his crew. She claimed Combs directed others including his security guard to rape her while he watched. The other woman claimed Combs commanded a club promoter to rape her in front of him.
An unidentified man also alleged Combs of sexual misconduct this week. The John Doe, repped by attorney Lisa Bloom, accused Combs of committing a "relentless pattern of drugging, sexual assaults, death threats, clandestine recording, blackmail and psychological manipulation." John Doe claimed he met Combs in 2007 after the mogul allegedly hired him to dance and strip. Their sexual encounters started to go left after the Bad Boy Records founder allegedly used baby oil that made him disoriented.
The man said Combs allegedly used a generous amount of baby oil on his body that made him drowsy, weak and numb. Combs allegedly forced John Doe to have sex with his female friends while he was in an inebriated state. He also claimed Combs placed his face near their genitals during intercourse and once licked the man's semen off of a woman's body.
John Doe alleged Combs kept him in a "vortex of exploitation and fear" by blackmailing him with videos of their encounters. Combs also allegedly told the man he would help him launch his music career if he remained silent about their sexcapades. Combs' legal team has denied the allegations from all three plaintiffs and emphasized their client didn't sexually assault anyone.
"As we’ve said before, Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are facially ridiculous or demonstrably false," his lawyers said in a statement. "Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor."
Combs is currently awaiting his trial in a jail cell in New York City. He was arrested last September and charged with sex trafficking, kidnapping and racketeering. He pleaded not guilty and was denied bail. His trial is scheduled to occur in May.
