Benefit Set for Lynchburg Family Whose House Was Damaged By Toxic Mold

A benefit concert and worship night will be held Tuesday, February 11 at the Liberty University School of Business auditorium to support the Frett family of Lynchburg who have experienced devastating losses due to toxic mold in their home.

Over the course of 10 years, toxic mold slowly and secretly destroyed their home, triggering a wide range of severe health issues for Lindsey Frett such as joint instability, chronic pain, hearing and vision loss, allergic reactions, and cognitive issues.

Now the Frett family has to start over completely. Nearly everything they owned was contaminated with toxic mold and had to be thrown away. Homeowners insurance covered none of this.

All of the money raised from the benefit event will go directly to the Frett family’s home rebuilding efforts. The goal is to raise $6,460.

Event Details:

● What: Benefit Worship Night featuring Judd Harris
● When: 02/11 | Doors open at 5:00 PM
● Where: Liberty University School of Business, 1971 University Blvd, Lynchburg, VA 24514
● Admission: $5 (100% of all dollars raised will go to the Frett family)

“This is a chance for all of us to come together and ‘raise the roof’ to help the Fretts rebuild their lives,” said Courtney Green, Executive Director of Love Heals.

“No one should have to face such hardship alone, and this evening is a testament to the power of community, faith, and compassion,” Green added.
