Wyoming Police say a man died after he was assaulted by another man last week.
Officials say the incident happened on Wednesday around 6 p.m. when officers were called to a home on Byron Center Avenue near 36th Street.
Police were called to the scene for an assault and found 57-year-old David Goron with severe injuries.
The suspect ran from the scene and police conducted a search of the neighborhood for the man.
Jeremiah Hernandez was arrested and is charged with assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder.
