News release from Bucyrus Police Chief, Neil Assenheimer
On January 29, 2025, Bucyrus Police Officers assisted Agents with the Ohio Casino Control Commission with a search warrant at the Golden Genie Gaming establishment operated at 1655 Marion Rd.
Evidence of illegal gaming equipment was seized along with $29,851 in US currency. No arrests were made, however cases against any involved individuals may be presented to the Crawford County Prosecutor's Office for consideration of charges.
The Bucyrus Fire Department assisted at the scene.
