(Omaha, NE) -- The fire alarm system at the City View apartments has passed inspection, according to the office of Omaha Mayor Jean Stothert. They say the city planning department will continue to follow a code inspection process required by a Consent Decree to address 45 other open violations, but a notice to vacate will NOT be issued on Friday.
