Jamie Foxx woke up in the hospital after suffering a stroke and thought he was "being pranked" due to not remembering anything.
Foxx used humor to cope with his ordeal and told so many jokes that people thought he had gone "mad." Foxx credited his daughter Anelise's guitar playing with saving Foxx believes that God was present in the guitar and referred to it as his "spiritual defibrillator."
