Charges are dropped against an Oklahoma City police officer. The McClain County District Attorney's Office announced yesterday that rape, kidnapping and assault charges against Ryan Len Stark were dismissed after the victim decided not to cooperate in the case. Stark was accused of driving a woman to his house against her will and sexually assaulting her last year.
