According to a new survey by the Kaiser Family Foundation, 1 in 8 people have taken GLP-1 drugs like Ozempic and Wegovy for weight loss. And, naturally, food brands are noticing. Food giant Conagra Brands, for example, has introduced an "On Track" badge on their Healthy Choice products, highlighting high-protein and high-fiber options. Daily Harvest even launched a GLP-1 Companion Food Collection with dietitian-curated meals and just launched a high-protein line of smoothies, pastas, and even desserts. Why the high protein?
