Jennifer Lopez is doing "anything she can think of" to help the Los Angeles community and all those impacted by the ongoing wildfires ravaging the city.
The "On the Floor" singer reportedly made a "generous donation" to Los Angeles-based marketing agency the A List, which created a relief organization to help the victims affected by the deadly fires, per People. As the agency encouraged people to donate clothes and other essentials, Lopez did her part to help, according to Instagram Stories shared by the A List on Wednesday (January 15).
"We got the most incredible, generous, beautiful note from Jennifer Lopez," the agency said. "We got the most incredible amount of stuff, the hugest amount of donations. So A) Oh my god, Jennifer Lopez, you're amazing. B) People are asking how we're doing. This is all incredibly grass roots."
A source told Page Six that Lopez "donated countless items from her own closet" to help all those impacted by the fires and that she "is doing everything she can to help the victims." Some items include "shoes, jackets, blankets, T-shirts, even kids clothes" as well as "dozens of packages from her JLo Beauty skincare line with products such as moisturizers and cleansers."
"Jennifer is doing anything she can think of to help those in need replace some of the items they lost in the fires," the source added.
The fires devastating Los Angeles have destroyed countless homes and businesses and forced many people to flee for safety, including Lopez's ex-husband Ben Affleck. The Good Will Hunting actor evacuated his home and went to his ex-wife Jennifer Garner's home, though it was unclear whether he was taking shelter there or checking in on his family. The former flames share three children: Violet, 19, Seraphina, 16, and Samuel, 12.
