Hollywood, FL - A Florida woman is facing serious charges after allegedly causing a fatal crash that killed a road ranger assisting a driver on I-95.
The Florida Highway Patrol arrested a 45-year-old woman in connection with the New Year’s Day accident that claimed the life of 28-year-old Jose Parra.
