Senator Jack Reed is voicing concern about President-elect Donald Trump's nominee for Secretary of Defense.
The Rhode Island Democrat met with Pete Hegseth yesterday and said his lack of qualifications raised more questions than answers.
Reed is a member of the Senate Armed Services Committee.
He said Hegseth must undergo the same high-level of scrutiny as prior nominees for Secretary of Defense.
