The NAACP Image Award nominations have been announced! Nominees for Entertainer of the Year including Cynthia Erivo, Keke Palmer, Kendrick Lamar, Kevin Hart, and Shannon Sharpe.
“The Piano Lesson” leads the motion picture categories with 14 nods in all. Competing for Outstanding Motion Picture are films including “The Piano Lesson,” “Bad Boys: Ride or Die,” and “Wicked.” Ayo Edebiri, meanwhile, is the most-nominated performer this time, collecting five nods for her work across “The Bear,” “Saturday Night Live,” and “Inside Out 2.” GloRilla received the most nominations in the music category with six nominations this year. The NAACP Image Awards will air live on February 22nd from the Pasadena Civic Center on BET and CBS at 8PM Eastern.
