Guatemalan Man Arrested For Sexually Abusing Cicero Walmart Employee

Cicero, N.Y. - A Guatemalan man has been arrested after police say he sexually abused a Walmart employee in the women's bathroom:

Police say the employee at the Brewerton Road Walmart in Cicero, went to the bathroom and found Galindo Lopez-Lopez washing his hands.

Lopez who is from Guatemala forced his way into the stall with the woman, locked the door and exposed himself. The woman struggled and finally escaped. Lopez, was found a day later and arrested.

He's facing several charges including

• Sexual Abuse 1st Degree, a class D Felony
• Unlawful Imprisonment, a class A Misdemeanor
• Forcible Touching, a class A Misdemeanor

U.S Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has requested that the Sheriffs office notify them when Lopez is released form the Justice Center,

No word on whether Lopez is in the country illegally or not.
