(Reading, PA) -- The second man charged in a double murder in Reading is pleading guilty. John Roman entered the plea yesterday to charges stemming from the deaths of Jamar Oliver and Jorge Mercado-Castro. Prosecutors say the two were killed by Roman and Kevin Irizzarry-DeMarco in June 2023. Irizzary-DeMarco entered a guilty plea three months ago.
