Man in a Waymo self driving car has a less than positive experience

A Waymo ride took an unexpected turn when the self-driving vehicle repeatedly drove in circles instead of heading to the airport. Stranded and dizzy, the passenger’s attempts to get help were worsened by poor customer service.

Reporter Laurie Perez speaks to the man behind a recently viral video that shows as he spins around and around one parking lot as he was trying to get to the airport, all courtesy of the self-driving Waymo car he got into hoping it could get him to his flight on time.
