This according to a new article by LADbible and a NASA engineer

1. Turn on the car heater immediately at full blast

2. Turn on the car's air conditioning .. soaks up any remaining moisture inside the vehicle 

3. Turn off the car air circulation button … creates some warmth from the humidity trapped inside the vehicle 

4. Slightly open all the car windows … exchanges humidity for dry air
