The ISIS-inspired New Year's Day terror attack in New Orleans is raising new questions about the national security priorities of the Biden administration. During the last four years, the Biden DOJ has been focused on prosecuting Donald Trump and January 6th protesters, while issuing warnings about angry parents at school board meetings and pro-life Catholics. Both President Biden and Homeland Security Sec. Alejandro Mayorkas have stated that the biggest security threat to the U.S. was white supremacy.
Former FBI Special Agent Nicole Parker tells Fox News the bureau has been far too focused on woke politics over public safety. "They are still focused on January 6th Capitol violence...that is still on the homepage of the FBI's website," she says. "They put the full force of the federal government behind focusing on misdemeanors, while in the meantime we have ISIS-inspired terrorist attacks going on."
President-elect Trump has nominated new leadership in Pam Bondi for Attorney General and Kash Patel for FBI director. Parker argues the change is desperately needed. "They've been focused on these diversity agent recruitment events," she says. "This diversity push was going on in New Orleans, and it happened in the Miami office where I was based as well...if you are focused on anything other than the mission at hand, to protect the American people and uphold the Constitution, it is a distraction."
"The FBI has to change," she continues. "President Trump is going to change the FBI, it is time for reform."
