I have been trying to decide what my New Year Resolution would be, as you know because I have been asking you on the air about yours and your suggestions during "More Music in the Morning"...
Recently I started cutting back on carbs and I have lost some weight. Right now I am at 205 lbs.
My Resolution for 2025 is to get under 200 lbs (the easy part with only 6 lbs to go) and to stay under 200 till the end of 2025 (that will be the hard part!)
Now, I've put it out there in the universe and the "blogsphere", so I am hoping this helps keep me motivated.
