Temecula Introduces New Community Wellness Initiative Thrive Temecula

Start the New Year off with health and wellness! The City of Temecula Community Services Department is excited to introduce Thrive Temecula, a new wellness community-based initiative that offers FREE workshops to support a healthy lifestyle through active living, education, and community resources. Classes and workshops are scheduled to begin in January 2025

Save the dates for the below workshops in the Winter/Spring 2025 Season: JAN 11, 2025 at 10:00 am – E-Bike Safety Workshop JAN 22, 2025 at 6:00 pm – Self Defense Workshop FEB 8, 2025 at 9:00 am – Trail Walk @ Wolf Creek Trail MAR 1, 2025 at 11:30 am – Kids Healthy Cooking Workshop MAR 8, 2025 at 10:00 am – Emergency Preparedness & Sidewalk CPR APR 5, 2025 at 10:00 am – Kids Fun Fitness Workshop MAY 10, 2025 at 1:00 pm – Yoga @ The Park MAY 17, 2025 at 9:00 am – Trail Walk @ Sommers Bend Park

Our goal is to provide opportunities that enhance and inspire the wellbeing and quality of lives of our residents. Join us as we strive to Thrive! Workshops for all ages unless otherwise noted. Prizes will be awarded at each event. There is no cost to attend, pre-registration is required to secure space.
